Qualifications and Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate team members.
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
