Exciting opportunity alert! A client of mine is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their team. Ideally, someone with a commercial waste background, but they're open to candidates from other industries with a track record of delivering customer satisfaction and profitable growth. As the Account Executive, you'll generate, develop, and close sales by understanding client requirements, reviewing account margins, and converting upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You'll have experience with account management strategies, CRM-based pipelines, and justifying profitable sales and bonus payments.

To be considered for this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Executive or similar, a proven record of client and/or account management, and an understanding of sales and account management processes. You'll also need to be financially and commercially astute, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A good working knowledge of the waste industry is preferred, as is the ability to manage and prioritize your own workload effectively.

The successful candidate will be ambitious, commercially-minded, and share the company's values of 'doing good' for their customers, communities, and workforce. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the company's growth and build their reputation as best in class for commercial service and social value.
