Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager: Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing Key Accounts
Take commercial responsibility and establish optimal cost models to maximise Key Account revenue and profitability
Attend client meetings including regular structured formal reviews; minuting and sharing information with colleagues in the Sales team
Where necessary, establish and define working processes for customer services, to best service key accounts and drive service excellence
Provide monthly KPI reports showing actual against budget across internal key measurables
Provide KPI reports to relevant key account contacts showing actual against target on defined client measurables
When appropriate, take new product briefings from customers and be responsible for managing or overseeing project work
Developing new ways to enhance the business with your customers and provide solutions to management
Be the main point of escalation for Key Account issues or any unresolved issues
Delivering presentations, online demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders when requires
Required Skills & Experience: Excellent attention to detail
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
Must be results driven, resilient and tenacious
Innovative commercially minded
