Job Description The HR Manager will be a key partner to managers across the business, supporting and enhancing our organisational culture. Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives and values.
Overseeing operational HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a standalone capacity.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide range of HR functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships at various organisational levels.
