About the role
As the Salesforce Product Owner you will be responsible for the bridging the gap between the business and the technical teams. As you gather the business requirements you will then liaise directly with technical team to facilitate necessary meetings to begin putting together the blueprint for the solution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally Marketing Cloud
Great understanding of the hands-on configuration of Salesforce
Ability to gather requirements from key stakeholders
Translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams
Prioritise the requirements and manage the stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on how & when their requirements will be met
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Administrator
