Business Analyst - Operations (D365)

This position is for the Business Analyst/Process Expert (Operations) within the Business Process Redesign (BPR) programme to drive the implementation of the new policies, practices and standardised processes across the entire organisation as well as supporting the business during implementation of Microsoft D365.
Your main focus will be the Production area were you will be responsible for identifying best practise and drive the implementation of new policies, standardised processes across the entire organisation and supporting the business during implementation of Microsoft D365, always looking for improvements and taking into consideration future opportunities.
You will play a key part in supporting the business with current and future endeavours bringing together the businesses strategy, end user requirements with D365 functionality.
Typical Accountabilities:
Work within Operations workstream to provide assistance and support to the Process Experts to drive the implementation of the BPR programme deliverables across the organisation working with business users and stakeholders
Undertake to have an excellent understanding of the D365 Operations system solution in order to promote within the organisation
Complete project deliverables for implementing the Operations solution to meet agreed timelines including:
Validate Operations solution with key business users
Review data configuration and data validation
Prepare and implement user acceptance testing
Identify training requirements for business users and review training provision
Ensure maintenance of the agreed standardised processes
Other ad hoc tasks as required for programme delivery
Liaise with other programme teams for developing process & system solutions and issue resolution
Develop understanding of the Operations end-to-end processes and impacts within programme and the business
Required skills & experience:
University degree or equivalent qualification
Good understanding of Operations processes
Understanding of D365 system capabilities
Experience in ERP implementation (D365 preferred)

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in the Kidlington office 2-3 days per week
