A leader in Power Generation Management who as part of the NIS2 directive are bolstering their OT Security capabilities and are seeking a leader who can bridge the OT/IT gap in both a hands-on and strategic leadership capacity.
About the OT/IT Security Manager:
You will hire and manage a small team of OT Security Engineers. Main responsibility will be to evaluate the current environment and formulate a technology roadmap to reach a mature and compliant security posture. Through collaboration with the C&I, Cyber, IT and 3rd party teams, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the business.
The ability to translate technical concepts and communicate effectively with the IT, Engineering and Management teams will be key to your success.
Requirements include:
- Strong Network Engineering and Security background – some hands-on work will be required
- Experience in Power Generation sector
- Skilled in Cybersecurity – firewalls, endpoint
- Knowledge of OT Security standards and IEC62443
- Ability to travel in UK
