The Company
My client is a scaling recruitment business recruiting into the professional services sectors. Founded in the last 7 years, they have scaled to over 40 heads and are now looking to make their next specialist support function hire, bringing in a senior L&D professional to build, scale and lead the function.
This person will have a great opportunity to work alongside the SLT and influence long-term business decisions surrounding hiring, training, growth, and development of all employees. They will need to come with previous experience in implementing process, structure and utilising LMS platforms for the long-term build up of content to be used throughout the business.

The Role
As L&D Manager, you will:
Oversee the entire L&D Programme to be aligned with the business goals.
Review and upload training documents onto the LMS platform with them presented in an easy to find and read format.
Constant collaboration with divisional heads and the SLT to identify skills gaps and training needs across the business.
Create a training schedule ahead of time and use senior recruiters to help deliver specialist training sessions.
Work alongside the data team internally to create a framework for evaluating business performance and effectiveness of training programmes.
Provide strategic input into workforce planning and headcount growth.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in an L&D capacity within a recruitment company.
A strong fast-paced work ethic and someone who has a F2F focus when it comes to delivering, training and coaching recruiters.
An analytical and data-driven individual who can make use of an internal data team to drive performance.
Please note that candidates without the prerequisite L&D experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
