About the position
Supervise the daily operations of a restaurant specializing in South-East Asian cuisine.
Manage a 100-seat restaurant spanning over three floors.
Develop and execute operating systems to enhance efficiency and drive profitability.
Monitor financial targets and establish streamlined processes to meet them.
Provide oversight of staff performance and foster a harmonious work environment.
The successful candidate
At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume establishment.
Proficient in food safety and health regulations.
Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
Prior experience with South-East Asian cuisine is advantageous.
