Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid working pattern - 3 days at home and 2 in office
25days holiday plus BHs

Location: Liverpool City Centre Job Duties:
Review the delivery of finance reconciliations, ensuring risk management and accuracy across the board
Identify and resolve discrepancies as well as their root causes
Work with the wider business to implement new policies and procedures
Ensure effective working relationships are built across the business to ensure that reconciliation standards are followed
Proactively identify, monitor and act upon risks, issues, breaches and control weaknesses
Training, coaching and development of existing team and new team members, holding monthly 1-2-1's etc
Who will I report into? This role will report directly into the Finance Manager When will interviews be taking place? Interviews will be happening ASAP Ideal experience?
Experience within a reconciliations role at manager level is essential
Analytical and detail oriented personality
Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
Good excel and system skills essential
