Person Specification
To excel in this role, a HR advisor should have strong knowledge of HR ER principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and attention to detail. They should also be able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
The following range of knowledge, skills and experience are required:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. Additional HR training or experience is a plus
Proven experience (5 years) in HR, with a strong focus on project management and TUPE transfers and ERs matter.
In-depth knowledge of TUPE regulations, employment law, and HR best practices.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Fluent in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate complex situations into precise and easily understandable dialogue
A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
Patient, professional with an adaptive approach to be assertive where necessary.
