Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy that enhances Crossfader's brand and facilitates audience growth.
Community Building: Engage with our global audience and industry influencers, enhancing brand presence and fostering a strong community connection.
Content Creation: Manage the production of engaging content from conception to publication across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Campaign Planning: Lead creative social campaigns to highlight product launches, events, and other key initiatives, crafting compelling brand narratives.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to boost effectiveness and reach.
Trends and Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and innovations, integrating new tools and techniques to keep Crossfader at the forefront of the industry.
Required Experience and Skills:
3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to captivate and grow an audience.
Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies that align with brand goals.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain the unique Crossfader tone of voice.
Creativity and a keen eye for design, able to produce visually appealing media content that resonates with our audience.
Experience with social media tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analysis.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative spirit and a drive for continuous improvement.
Desirable :
A background in or knowledge of the DJ industry and a robust interest in music culture.
Track record of community building
Good understanding of Discord
