Job Description Social Media Executive - User Generated Content & Community Management
£25k-£30k Depending on Experience
Office based in Leeds (c 2 days on site shooting)
We are recruiting for a challenger brand in the healthcare sector. The business is incredibly ambitious and the marketing team is growing at pace to take advantage of the many possibilities social media offers them to engage with their target audiences.
With a number of brands under their umbrella you will be responsible for managing their online presence across social channels. You'll engage with customers promptly and in an informative yet light hearted way. You'll be a great writer and, based on your exceptional knowledge of the company's services, be able to steer potential customers to the right solution for them.
In addition to the community management role you will be responsible for managing the user generated content for the business. The services are as much about lifestyle, confidence and image so harnessing all of that positivity from satisfied customers and amplifying it via social channels is critical.
To be considered for this role we're looking for the following:
Practical experience working on multiple brands in social media
Managing social media communities
Managing the production of user generated content including video, photography and written
Social media metrics including the use of GA4
Content creation across all social channels
You'll need to be able to demonstrate your experience via a CV and a portfolio of work that shows social media content for consumer markets.
The role is based in the office with 2 days a week most likely out on site shooting videos and photography. This is not a role where you can work from home.
