As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Group Property & Estates Manager.
As the Group Property & Estates Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our extensive portfolio of properties and facilities. From strategically developing opportunities to drive added value from the property estate and maximise costs efficiencies, and managing maintenance operations, to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, your expertise will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and maintaining an exceptional standard of property management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive property and estates strategy aligned with the company's vision, growth and sustainability objectives.
• Identify opportunities to generate added value income streams
• Develop and implement agreed capital projects programme in respect of the Property Estate
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Company’s property advisor, Facilities Managers, Contractors, and property owners to maximize value and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Implement robust property management systems and processes to ensure efficient maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all properties.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for property-related operations, monitor expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to Building Regulations, Town Planning, Sustainability requirements and Property Management, ensuring compliance at all times.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Property or Estates Manager, preferably within a large-scale organization or in a similar capacity.
• A solid understanding of commercial property management principles and practices.
• Track record of delivering value added opportunities and demonstrable cost savings across property portfolios
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and driving high performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: DOE
Location: Office based – Between Linwood office & any other Malcolm Group office.
