As a Factoring Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing maintenance tasks, liaising with property owners and residents, and ensuring that communal areas are well-maintained and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of properties within Glasgow, overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and communal area management.
