Job Description
The purpose of the Customer Service Manager will be to support senior management and the service team of 7 direct reports. It is a varied position where good communication skills are essential to build trust throughout the service chain as well as lead a team effectively.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Ensure sites are managed professionally by the team and customer service is exceeding expectations long term
Review & prepare weekly & monthly performance reports reflecting targets, margins etc
Work closely with the Field Operations Manager
Manage queries & complaints related to client sites
Prepare short and long term business forecasting
Review and improve processes and procedures where it will add value to the business
Ensure ERP / CRM is constantly updated with progress of works and any other updates
Perform one to ones with the team to ensure a supportive and collaborative work place
Training & development of the team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys reviewing data through systems and process efficiency and can be disciplined making decisions within the position to support growth. This position will suit someone who also enjoys identifying problems and working closely with management to suggest improvements.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4.30PM
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
