Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring for a Customer Service Executive. Our client is a forward-thinking software service company in the education sector. They are searching for a professional individual with a proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills to join their growing team. This role is mainly remote with two days in the office every six weeks.
Key Responsibilities include:
Client management: To onboard new clients and to retain existing clients through contract renewals
Liaising between clients and the internal team to ensure feedback is received and help to improve service
Using the internal CRM System to import data and record client files
The ideal candidate:
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build relationship with clients and the internal team
Tech savvy with experience in SAAS products
Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new challenges
A proactive attitude and passion to helping others in education
