Your New Role
As a Sourcing Partner you will effectively engage the market and source candidates for your client in line with pre-agreed SLA's and timeframes. This role will NOT include any business development or sales. You will be responsible for advertising roles, building talent pools and managing your candidates through the recruitment process. You will have access to an array of CV databases, job boards and social media channels alongside our huge internal database of candidates which will allow you to efficiently recruit for roles across the United Kingdom.
What you'll need to succeed
You do not need previous recruitment experience as our constantly evolving training programmes will teach you everything you need to know. What you do need is a willingness to collaborate, innovate and work hard. You will ideally have a proven track record of working to targets or have been in a job with a strong people-focused culture.
