Activities and responsibilities
Managing B2B orders process onto SAP, from the order entry to the invoicing and final delivery management, working with the local sales team and the HQ functions
Placing and monitoring all the B2C orders, managing the relation with the customers (i.e.: delivery dates, etc.)
Creating new customers on SAP and maintaining the data for existing clients
Monitoring the status of the orders and the deliveries, cooperating with the HQ logistics team
Managing both project and customer’s claim (transit damages, missing materials), working with the Manager, in order to ensure and provide an effective support in after sales
Constant exchange of information towards colleagues in UK and at HQ Level (in particular: Administration, Logistics).
The role requires
Previous experience (2-3 years) in this role
Is a preferential requirement the background in the lighting/furniture/design sector
Knowledge of SAP is required
Ability to understand and support client’s needs, customer oriented approach and trustworthiness.
