We are seeking to hire Restaurant Manager to join our team in the City of London for our new restaurant, The Cardinal. Reporting to the General Manager - Restaurant, the ideal candidate will be responsible the effective management of all staff whilst maintaining the courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage to guests in accordance with prescribed hotel policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.
Position: Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to plan, organise, direct, and coordinate the team to achieve well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. You will be responsible to support the General Manager - Restaurant into overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations and managing the front-of-house team.
