Big Easy Covent Garden serves up the same Bar.B.Q-inspired home cooking, fresh East Coast lobster and live music as our original restaurant, but with a lot more room for celebrating. Our Covent Garden restaurant celebrates the buildings unique industrial heritage it once powered Covent Gardens electricity in 1887 and provided the first electric lights in Victorian theatre land. Position : Senior Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
-Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
-Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize cost control
-Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
-Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of performance
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house
-Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
-Drive sales and revenue through strategic initiatives and promotional activities
Requirements:
-Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
-Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and empowerment
-Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
