I am actively recruiting and Audit and Accounts Manager for a Top 50 firm based in brand new offices in Marylebone. They are offering hybrid and agile working - allowing employees to continue to enjoy working from home as well as returning to the office for a couple of days.

Audit and Accounts Manager Responsibilities:
Split of work include 70% audit and 30% accounts
Clients vary across sector including recruitment, charities, digital marketing, IT, engineering, consultancy, and travel with turnovers up to £30m
Reporting in line with FRS102
Lead, manage, develop and coach an effective audit team
Monitor and control the audit team - review the teams work,
Oversee and control completion of audit assignments including assessing controls, systems and planning
Manage client relationships and identify opportunities; think strategically by understanding the client's needs, their business and key risks
Manage team and individual budgets and performance objectives
Business development - identify and win new clients
Audit and Accounts Manager Requirements:
Qualified ACA/ACCA with proven external audit experience
Experience of leading and managing an audit team
Track record in business development, contributing to proposal delivery
Experience working with software such as Caseware, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Alphatax and CCH
Working knowledge of HAT audit methodology
Part of an international network, this exciting firm service clients across the globe from Eastern Europe to the Far East. Having grown over the years, they have around 150 employees - but have maintained a close-knit feel.
