As an Audit & Accounts Manager:
Collaborating with Directors and Partners to manage a mix of audit and non-audit clients, such as preparing accounts, helping with taxes, and offering advisory services.
Tailoring the client portfolio to fit the career goals of our managers. This might involve focusing solely on audits, solely on accounts, or a mix of both.
Ensuring compliance by coordinating with clients and overseeing work from planning to completion, including sharing insights and recommendations.
Offering guidance on technical matters related to audits, accounts, and taxes both internally and externally.
Mentoring junior staff and helping them advance in their careers through coaching and feedback.
Managing client relationships and fees, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for both clients and the firm.
Seeking new business opportunities through maintaining relationships and staying in contact with potential clients.
Ensuring tax efficiency and overseeing tax return filings.
Participating in department meetings to discuss relevant topics and forecast staffing needs.
Handling client due diligence forms and understanding independence requirements and professional standards.
ACA/ACCA Qualified
Previous experience working within a UK Practice
Eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
