Brodies are looking to expand their helpdesk team in Glasgow by recruiting an IT Modern Apprentice! This apprentice will be working towards an SCQF Level 8 Diploma.
What’s involved?
Providing first line technical support and answering helpdesk calls in a timely fashion
PC troubleshooting via telephone and remote control of the users computer or at their desk
Supporting remote workers using Virtual Private Network (VPN), portal and web-based access
Assisting with setting up new colleagues on various systems
Installing software and applications updates
Setting up and supporting audio visual equipment in client-facing areas
System administration
Keeping technical systems and knowledge up to date
Assisting the IT Team with the implementation and support of new software and hardware

£20,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 8.
