What will your day look like?
Dealing with hardware and software support requests and resolving the issues as skills develop
Taking responsibility for IT equipment, ensuring IT store areas are organised and stocked
Creating user accounts and updating memberships using our Adaxes management tool
Performing tasks such as imaging laptops, cabling desks and setting up IT equipment
Checking to ensure equipment is functioning correctly in the office
Travel to other offices and vessels as you become more experienced
Required skills:
A keen interest in computers and a love of technology
Excellent communication skills
Organised with an excellent attention to detail
National 5 Maths and English
Salary:
£16,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
