Internal Sales Coordinator

Our client is now seeking a Internal Sales Coordinator , Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level within a designated product group.
The main duties will be:
Processing incoming sales orders
Provide quotations
Customer Service handling of complaints, compiling and sending letters
Maintaining stock records and stock control.
Create and update budgets for marketing purposes
Monitor website data and process updates
Liaison with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched
Invoicing customers and managing aged debt
Organising samples for customers
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Knowledge of export procedures and processes.
Proven experience to work as part of a team.
Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Flexible and pro-active approach to daily tasks
