Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department
Ensure customer queries are handled effectively and promptly
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
Implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
Liaise with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
Prepare reports on customer service performance for senior management
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
Strong analytical experience.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Media & Agency industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
