We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Central London , who are recruiting for a Recruitment and HR Operations Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £49,803.29 - £58,613.29 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Leading the delivery of set plans on recruitment and operational HR functions across the institution
Ensuring the recruitment strategy and policies are up to date and implemented effectively
Managing senior level recruitment campaigns, including designing assessments and interview questions, supporting the Recruitment Panel and providing the executive team with timely information to support resourcing decisions
Leading project work, including planning and managing the development of the recruitment and HR operations policy
Recruiting, inducting and training new staff, managing, developing and motivating team members, ensuring effective working relationships within HR services
Managing the budget for the Recruitment team including approving and monitoring spend at this level, forecasting, procuring goods and services including recruitment agency services
Participating in the development of systems reviews and projects designed to improve systems and processes
Experience required:
Experience managing recruitment campaigns end-to-end
Experience using reports to support recruitment and workforce planning by developing and analysing reports to identify trends and patterns
Experience of developing policies, processes, systems and procedures
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Proven high level interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of explaining complex HR policies
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability
Proven ability to line manage effectively
