Our existing home is running smoothly, with a fantastic Ofsted rating, and features four beds catering to children with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). We are seeking a highly experienced individual with a passion for supporting and guiding children to join our team.
As the Residential Home Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of dedicated staff, ensuring the home maintains its excellent standards. You must have prior experience in the children's residential sector to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home
Maintain and promote high standards of care and support for children with EBD
Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best possible care for children
Develop and implement individual care plans for each child
Monitor and review the progress and wellbeing of the children under your care
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within a children's residential setting is essential
Level 5 in Children’s Residential
Understanding of issues relating to EBD and knowledge of relevant legislation
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions
A genuine passion for supporting and guiding children
