Change & Transformation Manager - Omnichannel environment / Multi channel - Customer Data Programme - Outside IR35 - Hybrid working
Initial 6 month contract
I am currently representing a global retailer who are on the hunt for a skilled Change & Transformation Manager for a digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will come from a Retail background with commercial experience of Customer Data programmes
Skills / experience requirements:
Extensive experience of change management approaches, techniques, and methodologies.
Experience of successfully championing the application of Change Management to large and complex programmes of work.
Significant experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders in Change Management.
Knowledge and experience of working in a consumer goods business on projects with significant commercial benefits in an Omnichannel environment.
Ability to work with and influence senior executives (including C-suite) while also having the ability to work inside the business functions to drive change and embed a change culture.
Strong organisational. leadership and communication skills.
The ability to flex between defining detailed change plans for specific initiatives and stepping back to manage and coordinate a portfolio of initiatives in a consistent way, ensuring the successful embedding of each initiative in the organisation.
