I am partnered with a growing security start-up, based out of the UK, looking for their first Vice President of Sales. This is a strategic hire, triggered by an impressive VC backed funding round to be announced in the coming days.
You'll spearhead growth, driving revenue and market dominance. Reporting to the CEO, you'll craft and execute sales strategies, build and lead a high-performing team, and nurture key client relationships.
Develop and execute your GTM strategy
Lead, mentor and scale the existing sales team
Bring your own rolodex of high value accounts
Cultivate strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding revenue goals in IC and leadership positions
Start-up sales leadership experience
Experience scaling early stage GTM teams successfully in UK and Europe
