Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SVP to lead their expansion efforts in the region. This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships with leading agencies across EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive digital agency sales experience, a robust network of contacts within Agency Land, and a deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, particularly YouTube. You will have your own number, so as well as managing a team you will have your own target.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within leading digital agencies, particularly Omnicom, to drive adoption of our client's advertising solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EMEA sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for revenue generation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our client's brand and offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record of success in digital agency sales, with a focus on video advertising solutions.
Extensive network of contacts within leading digital agencies, with a strong emphasis on Publicis, Omnicom, Group M and Independents
Previous experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
Deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, including platforms such as YouTube, CTV, and programmatic advertising.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
