Our higher education Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our talented team. As a 3rd Line Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of VMware and Azure technologies, along with a passion for delivering superior service and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues related to VMware virtualization platforms and Azure cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize VMware and Azure solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement of IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and reliability.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistent service delivery.
