Grow and train a high performing sales team.
Providing detailed quotations for new orders
Manage the sales cycle process increasing lead generation, arranging appointments, negotiating and closing.
Working in conjunction with the projects/engineering team for progress updates.
Develop and present engaging project proposals.
Implement & Monitor Sales KPI's ensuring stretch targets are achieved.
Keep in regular contact with key clients and understanding their requirements.
Ideal Experience:
Good understanding of Steelwork.
A proven track record of new business development.
An impressive leader able to develop junior team members.
Strong time management skills able to manage own workload.
Strong financial acumen.
Must have a valid UK Driving licence.
