As we continue to grow our portfolio, we have an exciting opportunity for a fantastic Senior Account Manager to join us in our London studio. You will focus on supporting our Health and Wellness clients, with identity and packaging projects for some truly iconic brands.
You will play a crucial role in strategically leading the day-to-day business relationship with clients, managing several projects and maintaining internal and external communication integral to the successful development and delivery of this work. You will be supported by and reporting into the Account Director.
This is a permanent role, offered on a full-time basis.
What you will do:
Lead meetings to brief key players across client services, strategy and design departments, ensuring you are sharing a well-integrated and actionable brief
Own the project and its deliverables from the client’s perspective
Work alongside the design team to ensure the creative solution meets the client’s brief and objectives
Work across the creative and strategy departments to make sure all work delivers on the client’s ask, including keeping within budget and agreed timings
Support the learning and development of junior colleagues in the client services team, cultivating a positive and open work environment
What you’ll have done:
You have previous experience working in a similar agency environment at a Senior Account Manager or established Account Manager level looking for your next challenge
You understand the client’s business, their sector and are able to lead strategic conversations with the support of the provocation team
Comfortably own a project and its deliverables from start to finish
Plan the scope of a budget including agreeing on budgets and timelines with the client and internal operations team
Who you are:
You are a natural leader, comfortable at guiding conversations and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients, driving the process to successful conversion
You are a clear communicator, able to connect with all stakeholders, both internal and external, quickly winning their confidence and trust
You have an immaculate attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and have a knack for problem solving
Ideally you have a strong interest in corporate branding
You possess strong financial management skills
You have a strong understanding of the full Microsoft suite as well as Mac OS programmes including Keynote
