Telemarketing Executive

Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading Industrial packaging business that provides businesses with sustainable and efficient packaging solutions and supplies.

They are now looking to employ a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join their ambitious, growing team. This is an exciting role that will involve generating leads, booking trials, and following up with Food and Beverage Manufacturers.

Key responsibilities include:

Conduct targeted telemarketing calls daily to qualify prospect and book initial Teams Meeting calls regarding focus products. Some of this will involve identifying the correct contacts.

Maintaining an adequate lead bank and pipeline of warm leads and using this to deliver the highest-quality leads at required volume.

Using email and other forms of contact as required.

Record accurate and detailed summary of virtual meetings and phone calls, including all actions, on company CRM.

Assist with rapid-fire multi-site qualification and preparing/attending meetings or visits.

This role requires an individual with the following characteristics:

Initiative and demonstrate a willingness to overcome restraints to reach KPIs.

Enjoys working in a high energy environment, focused on pursuing a high growth target.

Excellent communicator - literate, articulate and numerate.

Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and similar programs.

Proactive approach to improving departmental and company performance.

Must be able to maintain relationships with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to change in the company policies and strategy.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday at head office in Govan, Glasgow. The business will be re-locating to Kilmarnock in June of 2024. There is the opportunity for this position to be full-time or part-time, and hybrid working will be available upon discussion.
