We are on the hunt for a passionate, creative Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening team for a new all-day and late-night venue concept arriving in East London in June.

The role:
We are looking for someone special to lead the team in our flagship 60-seat, live-fire restaurant. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead us into the grand opening and play a significant role in recruiting teams, shaping service standards, and defining operating procedures - you will have real input in this exciting new venue. This role is for someone with creative flair and strong leadership skills who is passionate not just about food and drink but also about where it meets wider culture.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative restaurant team, and supported by our venue operations team, you will organise and control the operations of our restaurant ensuring our customers receive the best possible dining experience, your role will be pivotal in the continued development of this.
Overseeing the team in our flagship restaurant - your key responsibility will be managing the day-to-day operations of the business, with a focus on building the best possible team to deliver the best possible guest experience.
About you:
You are someone who maintains high standards and is driven by the success of both yourself and others. You lead by example, have a vibrant personality, are professional, and are always well-presented.
You will have a minimum of two years of demonstrated full-time experience in a similar role, exemplary people management skills, and a focus on nurturing a respectful work environment.
You are a clear and concise communicator and have a sound understanding of H&S regulations. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong customer focus and sales orientation.
You can manage a busy booking system and maintain a calm and measured approach to leadership.
Solid understanding of P&L, forecasts, rotas, and reporting.
Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and opening and closing shifts
What can you expect?
Starting salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
