As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Personal Pension, Group Risk, and Healthcare schemes on behalf of clients. From administrative tasks to strategic recommendations, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities to support our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
Managing renewals for group risk and healthcare schemes, conducting market reviews, and making recommendations
Supporting the implementation of new benefits, including drafting employee communications and incepting new policies
Reviewing policy documentation and preparing business reports
Core pension scheme administration, including reconciling contribution schedules and issuing statutory communications
Addressing general inquiries from corporate clients and their employees
Attending client meetings as a vital member of the client servicing team
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a benefits provider, consultancy, or IFA environment
Proven experience managing a client portfolio
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices
