Responsibilities include:

Aligning People Strategy: You will support the alignment of the organization's people strategy with its overall business strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives are closely integrated and contribute to the company's success.

Leadership and Development: You will provide professional leadership, support, and development opportunities to the HR and administration team, fostering knowledge-sharing and ensuring that professional standards are met.

Continuous Improvement: Driving a continuous improvement agenda, you will focus on enhancing engagement and well-being activities, maximizing productivity, and building leadership capability within the organization.

Understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation, including data protection, the Equality Act, and health and safety
