This person will be working for Learning & Development, with ownership of team training plans doing the following:
Following the cycle of... training, i.e. identify need, source course, liaise with Manager, book & confirm, update training system & training plans, sending out joining instructions, chasing & receiving certificates, inputting certs, sending out certs, filing, other general admin tasks - answering calls, making up training packs etc. It may also lead on to owning a project of transferring of all records into a new system, we are just in the middle of trying to work out the best way forward.
