We are recruiting for call handlers and customer service advisors to provide a service to tenants ringing in with problems or issues, ranging from housing issues to personal problems.
Using a variety of bespoke and well known computer programs in the role, as well as conducting administration, you will be updating the database and monitoring follow ups.
Full time hours , Monday-Friday, 8.5 hours per day, on shifts between 8am-9.30pm, which you must be able to commit to.
