The Contact Centre Leader will successfully lead and develop the contact centre and its colleagues to deliver excellent customer service to Hastings Direct customers.
As a Contact Centre Leader you will:
-Lead a team of between 6-8 Team Leaders across our customer service, new business and renewals teams.
-Engage, motivate and inspire teams. You will spend a minimum of 50% of the time coaching and developing your Team Leaders, through one to ones, providing detailed feedback and creating development plans.
