City Motors in Brislington, have a vacancy for a Full Time Customer Service Assistant, to handle, qualify and direct incoming enquiries and to make outbound calls; scheduling and booking vehicle... servicing, MOTs and repairs for our customers.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, together with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Candidates must have excellent telephone and customer service skills, be confident in operating IT systems, be comfortable working in a busy environment, and be equally effective working with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Previous experience of working in a call centre environment would be advantageous, but is not essential and an understanding of the motor industry would also be helpful.
