We seek 2 proactive and confident people with the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent communication skills, polite telephone manner, great attention to detail and a sense of urgency; admin and IT skills are essential, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative in a busy environment. Full training will be given.
Main duties include co-ordinating orders, answering the phone, problem-solving, contract scheduling, general administration and support for the external sales team.
