With a diverse workload, you will have the chance to engage in building surveying and project management tasks, monitor third-party development projects, conduct surveys on commercial buildings, and handle dilapidation works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer expert advice to clients on all Building Consultancy aspects as needed.
* Draft repair and refurbishment specifications, oversee and manage on-site works.
* Provide Project Management and Project Monitoring services and advice to clients.
* Prepare and/or negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.
* Conduct various surveys including Pre-acquisition, Exit, and Maintenance Surveys.
* Prepare and negotiate fee proposals.
* Ensure timely delivery of work in accordance with client expectations.
* Cultivate, expand, and maintain internal and external client relationships.
* Leverage your network to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Collaborate with internal departments to cross-sell services, support clients, and increase revenue streams.
Qualities and Qualifications:
* Hold the RICS qualification.
* Ability to interact professionally with business professionals and provide exceptional client service.
