Driving initiatives for value-add services to ensure a positive candidate and client experience
What we’re looking for in you: Confidence to meet and engage with new people on the phone and in person
Emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport
Drive and motivation with a desire to learn and earn more money!
A focused attitude with a genuine interest in self-development
Experience of working in a customer service/sales/recruitment role would be a bonus but it’s not essential so don’t let that put you off applying!
