What’s on offer?
20 days annual plus statutory holidays
5 hours per week
Profit related pay bonus (after qualifying period)
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
The responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
Manage all warehouse staff
Ensure health and safety standards and laws are upheld throughout the operational processes
Oversea BSI audits and implement suggested improvements if required
Control of UK Carriers
Produce monthly KPI’s for company directors
Purchase consumables
Warehouse and Forklift Truck maintenance
Ensure the dispatching of orders and receipt of stock is ran efficiently through the management of supervisors in three areas:
Pick, Pack and Dispatch
Goods in
Stock Control
The successful Operations Manager must:
Have warehouse experience
Have staff management experience
Be computer literate (OGL Software/Microsoft Excel)
Flexible
Hands on approach
Happy to work autonomously
Confident in dealing with employees of all levels
