The School and Role
An Alternative Provision school based in New Milton are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible or in September. The school caters for secondary age pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour. You will be supporting the students in their lessons academicially, and you will also be expected to support the students emotional wellbeing.
Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary and/or school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND/SEMH or challenging behaviour
- A passion for the progress of pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
