Role overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the expansion of their property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and acquiring new sites
Managing and reviewing leases
Overseeing insurance, business rates, council tax, and rent payments
Collaborating with other departments to meet growth targets through acquisitions
Providing high-level technical advice on property management
Creating presentations, reports, and analysis
Liaising with external stakeholders such as local councils and fire authorities
Negotiating and managing central service contracts
Who we're looking for:
MRICS qualification
A degree in a property-related field
Retail experience, either in agency or from a tenant's perspective
Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays
Strong presentation skills, capable of communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels
Attention to detail and diligence
Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office suite
This role would suit a candidate with a Chartered Surveyor and 2 years post study experience.
