KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish the London agency, primarily focusing on media planning and buying
Develop and implement innovative strategies
Forge and nurture key industry relationships, elevating the agency’s profile and opening doors to new business opportunities
Facilitate a seamless collaboration with our other agency to leverage shared resources and expertise during the initial phase
Demonstrate exceptional leadership by recruiting and cultivating a London-based team, guiding the transition from a new agency to a fully independent operation
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 7 years' experience in the media industry, with a proven track record in media planning and buying
Demonstrable experience in leading and growing a team or agency, focusing on media-related services
An innate ability to disrupt and innovate within the media industry, challenging the status quo and driving forward creative solutions
Strong networking skills, with the capability to develop and maintain industry relationships that support business growth
A visionary leader with strategic foresight, adept at setting and achieving ambitious goals
